Mr. Dutchyn is a Capital Markets associate at ArcStone responsible for facilitating client execution on live equity financings, M&A, and debt assignments. He has spent the past several years on Bay Street working on mid-cap diversified clients. He leads financial modeling, day-to-day execution, and fulfillment efforts, mentoring junior professionals at the firm.

Mr. Dutchyn embarked on his entrepreneurial journey from a young age, guided by a keen sense of intuition and a thirst for knowledge. He embodies dynamism and forward-thinking, driven by a mission to articulate industries and leave an indelible mark.

Following the completion of his academic pursuits, he entered the realm of finance as an understudy at a veteran boutique Bay Street investment dealer, assuming the role of a Capital Markets Analyst. Here, Mr. Dutchyn cultivated his skills in investment decision-making, working in tandem with industry veterans and seasoned professionals experience enabled him to hone his skills in the intricate art of investment analysis.
