Mehreen is the founder of Red Leaf Group Inc., based in Toronto, Canada. She specializes in facilitating financing initiatives for various sectors, including real estate and biotechnology. Mehreen is also a licensed mortgage broker in Ontario and launched her brand of commercial lending products in May 2024.

Additionally, Mehreen is the founder and director of Paliser Research Inc., which secured a Clinical Research Organization license from the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan.

Mehreen serves as the President of the Canada-Pakistan Chamber of Commerce, regularly facilitating meetings between Members of Parliament, the Senate, and executives from Canada and Pakistan.

She has advised senior executives in both the private and public sectors on various issues, including but not limited to:

• Mediating the Riko Diq mining dispute between Tethyan Copper, the government of Pakistan, and Barrick Gold;

• Advising the government of Pakistan on its national mining code, leading to the adoption of the National Mineral Policy 2013; and

• Advising the Chairman of a major Chinese state-owned company on infrastructure investments in Canada.

Mehreen is actively involved in Canadian politics and has hosted numerous fundraising events at both the federal and provincial levels of government, including events for the Prime Minister and key members of his cabinet.

She is a highly sought-after speaker in the field of real estate development and financing.
