David Jaindl Martin is a highly experienced SEC and FINRA licensed compliance professional and is the Head of Compliance of Rancho Santa Fe Capital. With over 27 years of experience in the financial industry, David has an extensive understanding of the complexities of the financial markets. He also maintains his own compliance firm, Compliers and is the Chief Compliance Officer for R.F. Lafferty & Co., Inc.

David began his career Keystone Capital Corporation, now Coinbase Capital Markets Corp., where he developed a comprehensive understanding of the regulations and standards that govern the financial industry. Throughout his career, he has held increasingly senior compliance roles, working for some of the largest and most innovative financial institutions.
