Boris is a seasoned capital markets professional with over 30 years of transactional experience across a broad range of industry sectors. Boris has advised on over 100 successful corporate transactions representing more than $60 billion in aggregate value, including some of the largest and most complex transactions completed in North America.

Boris has worked both with large, fully integrated investment banks as well as independent, employee-owned boutique dealers, in Canada and the United Kingdom. This includes roles as managing director of M&A at CIBC World Markets, senior partner and head of M&A at Cormark Securities, managing director at TD Securities, and senior roles at Newcrest Capital and BMO Capital Markets.

Boris earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and his Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
