Blair brings over 20 years of experience to his role as Managing Director at ArcStone Israel. In that role, he will lead the efforts of the group in Israel, identifying and working closely with Israeli companies looking to access the Canadian and US private and public markets.

Blair Carey is also the founder and principal of InsideCRO, a business development group based in Dallas that specialized in delivering cutting-edge industrial technologies to North American markets. Blair has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion for clients in industries like IoT, AI, and predictive analytics. As Chief Revenue Officer, he led a high-performing team that achieved exceptional meeting connection rates, accelerating clients’ revenue generation. Blair was also the founder of SmartOT, which focused on introducing global industrial technologies to North America.

Blair holds a B.Comm in Finance and Economics from the University of Ottawa and earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
