Andrei Arkhanguelski is the Director of Corporate Development at ArcStone Securities and Investments Corp., a leading cross-border financial services firm with offices in New York City and Toronto. With a deep understanding of global financial markets, Andrei specializes in guiding private and public issuers through complex financial transactions, including equities, crowdfunding, mergers and acquisitions, and debt structuring. His role at ArcStone is focused on driving strategic growth initiatives for mid-market companies valued between US$20 million to US$1 billion, delivering tailored capital-raising solutions that connect Canadian institutions with global institutional investors.

Andrei’s expertise extends across a broad spectrum of industries, including blockchain, artificial intelligence, clean technology, fintech, healthcare, and more. His strategic mindset and innovative approach ensure that clients benefit from ArcStone’s extensive network of institutional and retail capital across North America and beyond. Through a strategic partnership with Kingswood US, Andrei leverages a powerful platform with over US$14 billion in retail assets under management, enhancing ArcStone’s ability to offer comprehensive financial advisory services and cross-border transaction support.

Previously, Andrei was an Ecommerce Business Consultant at Clearco (2021-2022), where he managed a portfolio of 140 DTC eCommerce businesses across the US, Canada, and the UK. He helped scale the founder portfolio from 450 to 1900 and contributed to significant product improvements within Clearco’s SaaS offering. His leadership in creating custom growth plans and optimizing digital strategies drove impressive results for the company’s clients.

Andrei’s entrepreneurial experience includes founding SAU (2017-2021), an e-commerce Shopify store with a Private Label brand on Amazon. He managed the entire value chain, from product design to advertising and operations, successfully growing sales through strategic use of digital marketing channels. He also ran social media campaigns and optimized Shopify stores, delivering strong performance outcomes for multiple clients.

Andrei’s academic background includes specialized training from The Wharton School, Northwestern University, and BrainStation, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Toronto Scarborough. His continuous pursuit of knowledge in business analytics, social media marketing, and product management underpins his ability to deliver data-driven strategies and insights.
