Andre Peschong

Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking for ArcStone Securities LLC

Andre is a seasoned capital markets professional with over 30 years  of capital markets experience covering, corporate finance, investment banking, senior operational management, business development, board assignments, restructurings, and M&A. He is currently an active partner in Ocean Street Partners, a merchant banking and capital markets advisory firm. Prior to that he served as a Board member of a private company who is one of the largest brick and mortar sneaker resellers and luxury streetwear retailers in the United States.

 Previously, he co-founded and served as managing partner of Bridgewater Capital Corporation, a corporate strategy and advisory firm focused on, capital formation and comprehensive business and revenue development for public and private companies across a range of industries from mobile and security to eCommerce, life sciences, healthcare and consumer products. While at Bridgewater, he participated in capital markets transactions totaling over $500 million.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Peschong co-managed three investment funds, served as CEO of a consumer products company and was Chief Strategy Officer and a Board member of a private adtech company that was subsequently sold to a larger player within the industry. He has authored and been quoted in articles on angel investing and the economy that have been published in Forbes, Businessweek, the New York Times and on Seeking Alpha.
